A panorama view during a break from my mountain biking excursion.
Also, I did a quick and easy meditation technique: Losen your focus and let your peripheral vison expand to as far as it can on each side. Be aware of your awareness of vision. This can be used as a centering practice. Think of awareness itself experiencing the sense of sight. Be the awareness and the sight instead of just the sight while awareness is there but less conscious. This is just one of many ways to turn awareness back in on itself, hence self awareness/self realization, illumination, and “enlightenment” meaning to consciously shed light on the natural state of being.
